When the C-17A came into operational service it represented a leap in the RAAF’s airlift capability. It is operated by 36 Squadron, a transport unit with a long tradition.

The aircraft depicted on this print is A41-212, the last of eight C-17A delivered to the RAAF.

Frame size 53 x 40 cm. made from solid timber, finished in a black.

Image size 39 x 26 cm (visible).

Mat colour is off white, with a white bevel. Mat is cut using a Computerised Mat Cutter for perfect edges and corners.
